| Zero Balancing is hands-on bodywork. Clients remain fully clothed and lie on their backs during the session, which will last 20-40 minutes. Practitioner and client talk briefly together, before starting the session, to ensure that the work is both safe and appropriate for the client. | |

The Zero Balancer follows a protocol that starts with the lower back, legs and feet, and moves to the upper body and head before returning to the feet. Within this protocol, the work is tailored to each individual's needs at that particular time. The touch is clear and distinctive and should feel good to the receiver at all times. |
People respond to Zero Balancing sessions in different ways and every session is unique. It is common to feel generally relaxed and refreshed after a session but it may take up to three sessions before specific changes become apparent. Receiver and practitioner can then decide together on the frequency of any subsequent sessions. Some people like to use Zero Balancing as a regular support to their life, helping them to reach and maintain a higher level of functioning, whilst others choose to have occasional sessions as and when they feel the need |
