Zero Balancing and Stress Reduction

Zero Balancing is an effective and gentle way of dealing with accumulated stress in the body and in the mind. Our thoughts and attitudes are often reflected in tension in our bodies. Accidents, shock, distress and unresolved trauma can all result in tension.

These tensions can be held for a long time, even throughout a lifetime. Tension in our bodies adds to any other difficulties that we might be experiencing.

Holding energy and structure together at a still point offers an opportunity for tension in the tissues to release, for the body to re-organise itself, and for old unhelpful patterns of thought or feeling to disperse. After a session, people feel restored and more centered in themselves, and more able to understand and deal with the causes of their stress.
