We use data on workshop attendance to monitor trends, and so there is a record of workshops already completed if anyone applies to join the Certification Programme in the future. We hold this information for ten years.

We keep data regarding Certification for the lifetime of the individual, so that any previously Certified Zero Balancer who has let their membership lapse will be able to renew it at any time, in accordance with the requirements set out by ZBA UK.
