Zero Balancing and Body Function

Zero Balancing addresses the groups of joints in the body that are involved with the smooth transmission of forces through the weight bearing skeleton. Such joints function in part as shock absorbers.

Focusing on these joints, Zero Balancing helps them to move towards optimum balance and efficiency in their relationship with each other and with the whole body. This encourages natural realignment, improved posture and an experience of poise and fluidity within the body.
